Academy Council
The council consists of the following members:
(a) Chief Minister - Chairperson
(b) Vice-Chairman, Provincial Policy and Planning Commission - Member
(c) Chairperson, Provincial Public Service Commission - Member
(d) Vice-Chancellor of the Provincial level university nominated by the Chief Minister - Member
(e) Chief Secretary, Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
(f) Secretaries of the Provincial Government - Member
(g) Three persons (including two women) nominated by the Provincial Government - Member
(h) Executive Director of the Academy - Member Secretary

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee meets as and when necessary with the following members:
(a) Executive Director of the academy - Chairperson
(b) Secretary, Administrative Division, Office of Chief Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law - Member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning - Member
(e) Secretary, Provincial Public Service Commission - Member
(f) Secretary, Provincial Policy and Planning Commission - Member
(g) Deputy Executive Director of the Academy - Member Secretary

Executive Director

Executive Director, who is appointed by the Provincial Government, works as the chief of the academy. Executive Director will be responsible to execute the decisions made by the Council and the Executive Committee.
